...ct much better than others. I have got three promotions of which I have got 43%. But still the package is much lesser for my role as per industry standard

They provide you false enviornment at the time of interview. Once you join, they throw you in the Ocean to swim on your own without lifelines. No On-Boarding procedure for the accounts that you are allocated. Zero support from managers. People are trying to pull you down if you are real good professional... LOT OF POLITICS and FAVOURISM. NO LEARNING except POLITICIZING ISSUES.

I worked with BT E serv Kolkata and experience is terrible.. Employees are unprofessional, biased.

Employees are unprofessional, No constructive training plan,no salary growth no matter's how good you performed,employees are more into politics can not tolerate people who comes from outside, HR is highly highly highly unprofessional and biased.HR use misuses the powers. Please note the feedback is for BT Eserv Kolkata.I had to resign because of the dirty politics.I fought for justice and raised the concern with BT UK.

...t of activities for employee engagement 3. Good employee perks and benefits e.g. transportation, bonus, car lease.

1. Management direction seems lacking with too frequent changes. 2. Easy-go attitude (though could be helpful for some)

One of the best company in India who provide absolutely fantastic work life balance along with nice job security

Need to focus on the pay review and require to increase the project and head counts in PAN INDIA
