Secure job and giving opportunities to others to grow. The organisation is trying to keep its employees happy.

...ct much better than others. I have got three promotions of which I have got 43%. But still the package is much lesser for my role as per industry standard

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work environment was chilled and everyone seemed happy at most times, apart from appraisal days and IJP results

Salary structure was appalling and so was the promotion process, pretty shady in all honesty.

BT provides free transport which is a really addrd advantage. The linkedin learning programmes are offered free of cost. Over the last 2 years during the landemic BT has provided immense assistance to its employees to survive Covid.

Dislikes

...rthy employees to be a part of what once used to be great family away from home. The compensation structure and annual increment has gone down so much over the last 4 years that it has brought about a higher attrition rate than ever.
