...ct much better than others. I have got three promotions of which I have got 43%. But still the package is much lesser for my role as per industry standard

I worked with BT E serv Kolkata and experience is terrible.. Employees are unprofessional, biased.

Employees are unprofessional, No constructive training plan,no salary growth no matter's how good you performed,employees are more into politics can not tolerate people who comes from outside, HR is highly highly highly unprofessional and biased.HR use misuses the powers. Please note the feedback is for BT Eserv Kolkata.I had to resign because of the dirty politics.I fought for justice and raised the concern with BT UK.

The salary to great and incentives amount is really good. They recognise the best agents with awards and certificates + Vouchers. Pickup and drop available from the doorstep which is very convenient. Night shift allowance is nice.

Dislikes

Less opportunities to learn and grow your skills. The most pathetic LOB is consumer. Other departments are perfect. It's really hard to get a promotion fomr one LOB to a different LOB. After the joining of new CEO and director of the consumer, the consumer process has become worse. There are too many targets which you have to achieve.

1. Management direction seems lacking with too frequent changes. 2. Easy-go attitude (though could be helpful for some)

Behaviour of management is not good, UK management always have favour on UK peoples and not over indian employees. Discrepancy between UK and Indian employees by UK management. Company always think about UK peoples and not about Indian.
