1. Good work-life balance 2. A lot of activities for employee engagement 3. Good employee perks and benefits e.g. transportation, bonus, car lease.

Less scope of promotion and increament rate is less not getting the same which discussed when hiring. Discussed Bonus amount is not recieved they are providing as per internal declaration amounts.
