One of the best company in India who provide absolutely fantastic work life balance along with nice job security

Need to focus on the pay review and require to increase the project and head counts in PAN INDIA

Behaviour of management is not good, UK management always have favour on UK peoples and not over indian employees. Discrepancy between UK and Indian employees by UK management. Company always think about UK peoples and not about Indian.

Likes

Work life balance, remuneration, work ethics, employee care and many more. More than worth working for BT provided you get the right pay package. Excellent organisation, especially, for female employees.

Nothing so far from my perspective but opportunity for improvement is always there.

BT provides free transport which is a really addrd advantage. The linkedin learning programmes are offered free of cost. Over the last 2 years during the landemic BT has provided immense assistance to its employees to survive Covid.

Dislikes

...rthy employees to be a part of what once used to be great family away from home. The compensation structure and annual increment has gone down so much over the last 4 years that it has brought about a higher attrition rate than ever.
