Here employees are being places on the third party basis which is wrong employees should be hired on company pay roll .

I'm working in EHV O&M Department Operations team from last 2 year but now they transfer me into breakdown. For me it's like a promotion because I want to learn more & gain practical knowledge.

I'm only concerned with salary. Here Diploma engineer who join by Contractual basis there is no promotion here they only promote who join company on payroll or parmanent

The company does'nt help the employees to learn new skills and no salary hicks just give threat of transfer poor management and no employee griviance redressal and growth opportunities

Very bad company no respect for employee. Discrimination with outsourcing employee. Very bad career in this company for contractual employee.

...mpany for many years as contractual. Life will be spoiled for contractual staff. Person working for graduate 15years at salary or rs 18000 only.

...air. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary of junior management is at the level of minimum wages and career growth is slow. No increment from two years irrespective of company gaining profit highs, HR is unresponsive towards employees, there is bistandard policy towards different employees.
