... lot of politics and management doesn't address issues of contractual employees. Work life balance is very poor for contract bases employee and carrier growth is totally zero for contractual employees and salary and partiality between permanent employees and contract based employees is very big.

I like BSES cause salary timely come in your account. No extra work load and extra benefits will get every employee, like incentive,bonus,night allowance and etc.

Dislikes

I dislike bses cause the policies are very different for different employees while works is same. Like CTC is company employee. HRMS employee those employees working on contractual base this type of employees benefit is to as CTC but huge different as 1/3. Remaining SLA employee's comes in very low categories. Like (1) zero increment and wages fixed not more than 19850. (2) Bonus and incentive get very less as CTC and hrms. (3) Night allowance and other benefits nothing. # (4) i want to advise which people's joining BSES,you should come on company payroll otherwise your future can destroyed.

...s ctc, hrms, sla 1. 1st comes ctc where employees can enjoy all it's benefits 2. 2nd is hrms employees little bit low salary then ctc 3. Sla employees are the lowest with almost 0 benefits. So if you join as a ctc your life will be great or else it can be destroyed. Thank you
