No Perks on 3rd Party payroll. * Only 2% Appraisal they will offer after 1 year. Will never suggest anyone to join the company.

Everything. You will get no work life balance, no understanding, no adequate compensation, the HR is will treat you like school children. They impose rules without ever giving them in written. You may want to join this place for its name, but please do not. You are better off anywhere than here.
