Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The work is not hectic, no work pressure . Working her is good if they have good mangers.

Dislikes

... in their personal matters. Flexibility is given to certain people ( favorites). Salary is decent . During interview you r promised certain things which eventually change once u start working. They will prefer loosing a staff than helping them and being flexible.

According to my experience, It's an indian company and there management is very poor. His MD doesn't give chance to prove your skills at a time. it's a small company running in market building and no managment at all. overall poor experience and bad culture.
