Company Growth is very good & we like famiiar group with bry air group. i think plant team is very helpful.

i have 6.5 years experience in Bry Air group but salary not good as per my experience & also same post working with as a service engineer. not promotions as per my good knoweledge & service experience. If you are a fresher you can go with the company. It is a good company for learn.

Dislikes

...nt but overall it's a good 50-50 good/bad experience. There is lot of politics. Salary was not decent.

You get salary on time. Appraisal and promotion are very far. Timings are good and flexible.

Dislikes

No good increament, delayed increament. Good face good increament. Buttering policy. Teammates not much supportive. No training for skil improvement, No outings, no gym, no playing facility. Canteen also not available need to arrange food it self. No travel facility and many more.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
