This company is too good for freshers. This organization has new technologies & working schedule that freshers can easily understand and can grow their carrier.

...t all private sectors, employees are forced to work more than 8.5 hours.(8:30) and company pay the salary only for their fix amount. that's why most of people run after governments jobs because there has a fix time schedule, good income & good job security. Dear ma'am/sir, All private sectors employees situation are not good. they have to do extra work in fix income. They have no time to spend with their families. So pls stop this type of work. Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
