...O NOT SPOIL YOUR LIFE BY JOINING THIS ORGANIZATION. The management is the WORST. They do not value their employees, treat them like shit, make unnecessary deductions from salary, makes employees lie all the time to customers. TOTALLY FRAUD AND SCAMSTERS. They even make their employees exit so hard, make them beg for their documents, do not release them easily, tries to make every single day of notice period WORST They make their employees mental health worst, pressurize them so much, fo not clear background verification of the employees for the other companies they want to join. WORST COMPANY, GIVES MENTAL HARASSMENT TO EMPLOYEES.

EVERYTHING, EVERY SINGLE THING. WORST COMPANY. WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE TO JOIN HERE. THEY WILL HE SHUTTING DOWN VERY SOON. FRAUDSTERS.

..., those people leave the houses knowing nothing about house keeping and cooking. They are told a salary 10 to 12k, the customer is charged 18-25k. Plus they charge subscription money. We are pushed to lie to customers and sell annual subscriptions, first few days we give the customer a decent helper then we send these laborers to them and when the customer complaints we are forced to accuse the customers of harassing, beating or torturing the helper and then we stop serving the customers without giving them a refund. The founders will launch in all major cities pocket the subscription money and then run off leaving the employees, helpers and customers with nothing.

Nothing- Totally Fraud company which does not know how to value their employees and would put unnecessary pressure on you to get work done

Everything- This is a fraud organisation which will take your(customers) money in the form of subscriptions which will never refund even if their helper is not coming. They don't know how to value their employees at all, no respect , no sympathy , no loyalty. Please stay away from this company for your own mental peace as you will be really really forced and pressurised to do the unwanted tasks even if you don't specialise in that particular domain. They have come on shark tank season 2 , that is the only achievement which I don't know how they have been selected. Please don't join this company by just seeing this tag of Shark Tank as I was also mistaken initially but the inside reality is totally different , the company is toxic, putting unnecessary pressure and no respect towards the employees and customers for their personal benefits. Concluding, pls find different opportunities in other companies if you pay is low as mental peace and well being is more crucial than money and stay away from Broomees pvt ltd.

Don't try to join this company. Management is shit , khushboo vandhna and two three person also they are worst .they call a person for interview from miles away just for 5 minutes discussion bcz they don't do so called virtual interview.and then that reject to person after calling them at office 3 days continuously.
