Toxic work culture, highly unprofessional. Few people who have been in the company for more than 5 years are treating themselves the owner of the organisation and made the life terrible for new joiners.

You will learn a lot with the teams over here. Most of the leaders are from the big brands of the real estate industry. The company provides great sense of stability and opportunities to grow.

At times the processes are long and slow, which I think will become better with recent automation initiatives.

Much needed attention required to take actions towards the environment. Very toxic place to work with, personal life is zero even you're working as an executive or senior manager.
