...e. Anyone can be kicked out at any moment without proper conversation with mgmt. Salary is meagre compared to work profile. Work life balance is pathetic. Work environment is very toxic with all sorts of politics between teachers and day to day administrators. They always try to micro manage every task. No faith on teachers. Teachers are often rebuked by principal on any occasion of parents' complaints without properly hearing them out. Personal vengeance often exercised by principal. Teachers r forced to perform very trivial tasks which are far from related to teaching or training. Teachers here are too much over burdened.

Dislikes

Management's very rare interaction with teachers to hear about grievances. No redressal team. Mgmt.'s one sided faith on principal.

Likes

One of the best places to work and study... Such a welcoming environment with the best leadership team. Balu Sir and Vanitha ma'am really know what an 'open door' policy is and always keep their team's wellbeing in mind. I wish them the best of luck!!
