Dislikes

The culture is pathetic. The new department started by them BCOG is a mess. Without having a proper mission they are hiring so many people and then giving them shit work. It's like playing with people's careers. The higher management sniff around any petty expense. All the employee benefits are just for show. They don't want the employees to claim those. Just a very showy company on the outside upselling itself but pathetic inside.
