No job security Anytime anybody can disturb you and scold you for any smallest reason No work life balance No growth They are not giving promotions to their own employee, when the above posts are vacant then they are bringing people from outside There is too much staff turn over

There many training for capacity billing . Freedom for work . They give opportunity to innovative ideas for implementation work.

Monitoring is not fair . Achievement of staff not appreciated equally by the line Manager.

Awareness program animals equine, equine owners related Equine owners capacity build up program- for example formation of equine welfare groups,formation association of equine Advocacy of same knowledge steak holders & local service provision. Linkage with verious skims of GOI & state government. Really thanks to Brooke team

An equine base animals hospital, when sick animals were treated, hospital remarks was excellent. But now these days remarks has gone.

Dislikes

An equine base hospital for animals but only on paper not on ground. Primary work of a hospital to treat the sick/ill animals, but treatment of sick animals has been totally ban except emergency when you provide the medicine.
