New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest tech. i love the fact that i a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result i get to travel abroad, especially to South Africa, & UAE. but on-site travel is completely dependent on the projects an client's location.

Well, first and foremost, I would say I had been working with Brontobyte Technologies since 4 years and perceive consistently listed as one of the top place to work specially in ISU industry on implementation projects. Brontobyte technologies leading independent organization for ISU, IS oil and expertise in SAP CRM. lot of opportunities to work on various core modules with friendly work environment. I recommend this organization for freshers and experienced because there are many opportunities offering by Brontobyte technologies onsite in south Africa, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and PAN India.

I would suggest if you want to make a career in SAP platform then brontobyte is the best company to start. I first joined as a trainee then soon I got the opportunity to work on live project just after 2 months of completion of training. This company offers for all the platforms but it mostly deals with utilities industry. The Amount of Efforts and interest you put in your work the same will be your increase in career growth.
