The company does not pay upto market standards. There is lot of difference in pay scale. There is close to 100-200% difference in the pay scale. The people in this company dont really welcome change. They are not really interested in upskilling themselves and developing more secure and faster applications. They still rely on outdated technologies and even out of support languages.

We have good projects in Briadridge and recently almost all projects are introducing AI into the system. You will have internal opportunities if you want to move out of the project. Broadridge conducts CSR events every year which basically to provide education, food, and other events to help the backward school children. You will get opportunities to learn. Not only all about work, Broadridge also focuses on employee life balance by providing number of sports events, Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess, badminton and Cricket. You also have Gym time which is open 24/7 Broadridge gives good joining kit, key chain, T-Shirt, Umbrella a Gtpw token Overall it's a good company to work

Dislikes

Pay structure has changed 2 years consecutively which I didn't like. Vehicle parking is insufficient. Gym equipment are just okay, could be more machines

The office is not bad, good infrastructure

...ams with mostly telegu people. HRs are worthless and do not listen to employees. They want to get rid of most employees and filling up the space with interns with very less salary. Hence, they are distributing the remaining budget by giving each others hefty hikes and promotion. One of worst companies in Bangalore. Not at all employee friendly. Some managers threaten their employees to resign saying they won't give them good feedback so that no other company will hire them. They harassed me so much that I was forced to resign. Poor employees like can do no action against such people except for writing reviews anonymously.

Work life balance is good. New MD Sheenam Ma'am is awesome. She is changing the culture.

Dislikes

When you join that time ask for high salary. Forget about hike. Still they work on legecy technology. You won't be able to learn anything.

Good work culture, not much pressure obviously differ project to project. My overall experience was good.

Dislikes

You can't join this company again once left. You will never understand the salary structure, some deduction on paychecks which will not explained by HR. At the last, HR are very rude in this organization, didn't reply back. FNF will take time and HR doesn't reply you back and if you try to call them, they will scold you badly.
