Initially, work-life balance was worst. But, post 2 years, it has improved. Salary is par with market standards. Job security as of now is good. Work satisfaction since the beginning is great. Company culture is usual like others. If you notice good, it's good. If you notice bad, it's bad.

We have good projects in Briadridge and recently almost all projects are introducing AI into the system. You will have internal opportunities if you want to move out of the project. Broadridge conducts CSR events every year which basically to provide education, food, and other events to help the backward school children. You will get opportunities to learn. Not only all about work, Broadridge also focuses on employee life balance by providing number of sports events, Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess, badminton and Cricket. You also have Gym time which is open 24/7 Broadridge gives good joining kit, key chain, T-Shirt, Umbrella a Gtpw token Overall it's a good company to work

Dislikes

Pay structure has changed 2 years consecutively which I didn't like. Vehicle parking is insufficient. Gym equipment are just okay, could be more machines

...most of the work and ask. People are forced to come to office despite no values. Instead of focusing on bringing more wealth and growth, the company's core focus is cost-cutting and micro-managing each individual. You won't know that a new silent rule will be thrown and employees will be monitored. Culture is more like you're in a school and the headmaster is running the school and the teacher has to follow the instructions or else throw them out.

Work life balance is good. New MD Sheenam Ma'am is awesome. She is changing the culture.

When you join that time ask for high salary. Forget about hike. Still they work on legecy technology. You won't be able to learn anything.

...eam Lead as well as Team mates are very supportive and encouraging towards me. Compensation and benefits are good. Skill development trainings and learnings are available, to enhance and develop our skills in weak areas. Coming to work life balance, sometimes we need to stretch ourselves to complete our deliverables on daily basis. I am very much satisfied with my work. Feeling very happy to be a part of FINANCE team. My Overall experience in Broadridge is very good, really its been a great experience to work with Broadridge.
