We have good projects in Briadridge and recently almost all projects are introducing AI into the system. You will have internal opportunities if you want to move out of the project. Broadridge conducts CSR events every year which basically to provide education, food, and other events to help the backward school children. You will get opportunities to learn. Not only all about work, Broadridge also focuses on employee life balance by providing number of sports events, Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess, badminton and Cricket. Pay structure has changed 2 years consecutively which I didn't like. Vehicle parking is insufficient. Gym equipment are just okay, could be more machines

There is good work life balance with ample amount of time left in a day.

The company does not pay upto market standards. There is lot of difference in pay scale. There is close to 100-200% difference in the pay scale. The people in this company dont really welcome change. They are not really interested in upskilling themselves and developing more secure and faster applications. They still rely on outdated technologies and even out of support languages.

Salary, bonus, benefits totally outdated, managers keep eyes on your breaks like pakka Indian culture. Bonus salary hike not for hard workers it's only for bucket employees. This company has one of the worst cab services for who work in night shift.

wouldn't recommend anyone to join this company. The owner is not friendly salry is not good for even a single person. You have to pay fule from your side. Is anyone customer find in your known circle, you won't get any kind of commissione. All over thing is just dont.

Mid Management is worst , No Growth, Even client appreciate the work mid Management surpasses the feedback and take care of those who do chamachagiri, and No Job Security. I recommend not to join the organization.
