Certainly will work on some important / large projects. The client base is full of prestigious financial firms. You will learn about their inner-workings. Broadridge has a unique vantage point of brokerage processing, and there's certainly no shortage of things to learn.

...can be daunting at first, but take small steps and it's really not that complex. I'm sensing that they should pay more, but I can't speak for all the roles/people in the company.

Lay off and work pressure they expect you to work like 10 years of experience person. Senior Will give them to you they don't understand Even you are having the more tasks daily. DFL is internal politics I don't recommend you to work

There is good work life balance with ample amount of time left in a day.

The company does not pay upto market standards. There is lot of difference in pay scale. There is close to 100-200% difference in the pay scale. The people in this company dont really welcome change. They are not really interested in upskilling themselves and developing more secure and faster applications. They still rely on outdated technologies and even out of support languages.

It's one of best place to start career learning wise.

Salary, bonus, benefits totally outdated, managers keep eyes on your breaks like pakka Indian culture. Bonus salary hike not for hard workers it's only for bucket employees. This company has one of the worst cab services for who work in night shift.

If u want to taste the real experience and grome ur professional career it's good for that but salary very low and managers nd partial.
