Worst place to work at least in Covid 19 pandemic. Employees are forced to visit office, even software professionals having complete unfractured to have WFH. We are in do and die situation. Office building having some corona cases day by day, employee has to work in this scary situation. On the top of the Layoffs happening, employees are not in the situation to raise their concern. And I found, employees are writing their reviews on GlassDoor and after publishing the reviews, it is deleted by glassdoor. It seems Broadcom giving some bribe to glassdoor to delete their bad and real reviews and writing fake reviews. Don't consider Glassdoor for any reviews. We are in a risk of life. Govt. not taking any action. Broadcom CEO is chines and may be it is china conspiracy to let them die india software professionals. No one can amazing in how much pressure Broadcom employees are working, To visit office and stay complete business day with mask, cloves and may be PPE kit, get infect with corona and take care individual family for this infection. Keep safe from Layoffs, Really it is illogical and dump company. I am asking with whole India IT industry , it is any valid reason to force software professionals to visit office and the place where all engineers, housekeeping, labour and other security employees work and belong to all communities of india, Even their is no dependencies to visit office and had work. Do you think Broadcom is the only company who is doing something rocket science?

Chinese management company.. During covid19 crisis manangement mandate to work from office for software professionals. anytime layoffs HR is busy to maintain employess in-out time and make sure everyone working in office. company offers good stocks but to credit it you have to spend 12-14 month, which is really depend upon luck to sustain that much time in Broadcom Not a employee oriented company at all.

Their stocks pay you more than salary.

Robotic response. They have policies which are compliant with all government standards but always fall on the lower side. For example, during covid period, they allowed everyone to work from home till the point government rules forced it. The moment government said people can go to office, they forced everyone to come to office, no matter what. A friend of mine and his wife both worked with Broadcom, and they had a baby about 1 year old. They were stone cold to their mental state. Imagine both parents travelling to office, without any dayhome for the kid and forced to manage somehow, or quit the job.
