I ENJOYED WORKING IN B.R.L.P.S BECAUSE IT IS CONCERNED WITH SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT AND CARES ABOUT UNPREVIALEGED CLASS WORK FOR THEIR UP LIFTMENT THROUGH GENERATING THEIR INCOME BY LIVELY HOOD ACTIVITY BY PROVIDING SMALL LOANS TO POOR AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO INCREASE THEIR FAMILY INCOME AND FOCUSES ON WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

I love the fact that I am apart of a team that is helping people especially women to explore themselves and get to know their capability and have opportunity to work for their self dependence. Each and every people needs employment nowadays, because of high increase in dearness for their living. Here, women get to learn new skills, business intervention and many more. I got to learn and explore myself here. Here, I learned about many ways to tackle obstacles which comes in maintaining work-life balance. this is a good place of learning various kind of knowledgeable things for our own livelihood too.

Dislikes

Salary is not satisfactory. Appraisal is very low, and grades make it way bad. There is on-job training for freshers, but that was held very late, so this didn't helped in the beginning. Working here is somehow like old version, like they prefer more paper work then softcopy things. People here loves putting their nose in others' business mostly.
