Talented people resign because we do not have the quality to flatter high post individuals (managers). Must posses the ability of buttering else job is insecured. Growth is too slow, negligible. Free transport is available only to those who live on the cab route. No adjustments are made if otherwise. No mediclaim policies are provided to employees. Inadequate quality, no. of PCs and softwares provided compared to the no. of employees. In other words, company can't be categorized as a MNC in terms of facilities provided.
