Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths which is why I have to back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from field designers and clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals. Inefficient HR department. Job security is very poor inspite of individuals' being honest, highly efficient at work, hard working, deligient and smart. Talented people resign because we do not have the quality to flatter high post individuals (managers). Must posses the ability of buttering else job is insecured. Growth is too slow, negligible. Free transport is available only to those who live on the cab route. No adjustments are made if otherwise. No mediclaim policies are provided to employees. Inadequate quality, no. of PCs and softwares provided compared to the no. of employees. In other words, company can't be categorized as a MNC in terms of facilities provided.
