I love teaching and that's the only thing I enjoyed working at BSL.

Dislikes

They won't pay you. They will look for every opportunity to deduct your salary. When I joined, after 2 days, the office was closed for Diwali holidays, and they deducted my salary for the holidays, stating that they were paying me for the working days.

One thing I learnt from BSL is that " when someone offers you ways over your expected salary; Something is very fishy". In my 7 years of professional life, I had the worst time in those two months I worked at BSL.

Dislikes

...y force good reviews from employees and students. Their threat are most like: - "No 5-star review from student, no salary' - "You came a minute late? No salary" - " Xyz...., No salary" There are two owners who keep throwing the problems of the employees in each other and never gone a clear answer. One says 'ask him' the other says 'ask him' and hold the person inbetween accountable for their ignorance and incompetence.

It's a very fast growing language learning institute.. plus it's very good institute for IELTS as well.. Every this is very excellent out here... The best part is we work together and grow together ❣️

At least No unnecessary intervention...enjoy the liberty of working... thankfully gratefully feeling blessed to have got gem of a person in form of our Director...God bless.

Is it really important...?? So far enjoyable but at times it becomes hard to crack dealing with some unlike minded ones..but no option..gotta deal with that..performing in healthy environment has a feel in itself..unless some bossy interventions trigger from unwanted buddies..
