Help needed for Team Lead interview
Hello Everyone, I have filled in an Internal Job Posting(IJP) in my current department as well as the previous department. I have strong process knowledge of both the departments I am a strong contender for the position as both the departments are interlinked and I have experience of both. Small thinking management. Lot of politics, No professionalism. Any body can be the head of any department which is the draw back this organisation. If a person is from accounts they are heading IT team & you can imagine what would be the future of the team & organisation.

...tators who has taken an oath of making your life a hell. no systematic approach. The leaders are all money suckers , always on an approach on how they will deduct your salary. You can not even share your situation as no body cares . They will lead you to depression and mental harrassment. This kind of people mismanagement organization should be shut immediately. Playing with people's career and mind . Never join this fraud organization.
