...mate are supportive . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appracisls are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't, address our issues salary is decent.there is a bond of 2year defore which you cannot resign.

Transparency issue, Even after clearing the leap here, promotions don't happen. The conversion rate is very poor. One way communication here . All are Boss , not leader.

People and culture of the company is fabulous. The compensation is good. Company overall is fantastic.

Dislikes

Organization is great, but the secretarial function is poor. Extremely bad culture with unrealistic expectations without access to resources. No recognition for anything. Rewards in this function are meant for only one person. If one can work; like a saint without expectations, like a Robot without break including weekends, one may survive this.
