Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but the management isn't. The give good salary but not on time.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. No salary on time and also career growth is slow. No job security is there.

I think doing job with a big name company is very much difficult for a non hardworking person. And the work is like fun because after all every body will be eager to know that how a company is manufacturing the biscuit s which the world is eating.
