Salary structures are not defined with grade and position lot of gaps in defining salary structure. Need to improve. No tax saving schemes for employees .

Britannia is a good company I m working in this I'm so happy and my skills improve in this job but salary is not good verry less no bonus are give no culture activity.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but the management isn't. The give good salary but not on time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. No salary on time and also career growth is slow. No job security is there.

Transparency issue, Even after clearing the leap here, promotions don't happen. The conversion rate is very poor. One way communication here . All are Boss , not leader.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
