Not a Great place to work in terms of salary and benefit. Variable pay and bonus is very poor. Qualification is not a considerable parameter here. Job is secured but very much tough to sustain with working environment. But emense learning opportunities.

Likes

I loved the work that I did. Product development was something I wanted to do and I had great learning. Work environment was also great. Very supportive reporting manager.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management struggled to address the same. Salary was way too low and that would kill the motivation to work.

Salary creadited in the fixed time.

Transparency issue, Even after clearing the leap here, promotions don't happen. The conversion rate is very poor. One way communication here . All are Boss , not leader.

People and culture of the company is fabulous. The compensation is good. Company overall is fantastic.

Dislikes

Organization is great, but the secretarial function is poor. Extremely bad culture with unrealistic expectations without access to resources. No recognition for anything. Rewards in this function are meant for only one person. If one can work; like a saint without expectations, like a Robot without break including weekends, one may survive this.

Will give liberty to work with ownership mind set.

Dislikes

Salary structures are not defined with grade and position lot of gaps in defining salary structure. Need to improve. No tax saving schemes for employees .
