...ff who works thier are so supportive and you can find different cultures there . Last but not least the salary they provide and top of that bonus every year which they give. It was such a great experience in working in alembic pharmaceutical Ltd. One thing I learnt from working in this company which is never ever hide mistake you did. everyone does mistake but big mistake is not telling.

To be completely honest ,I didn't find any dislike about alembic pharmaceutical Ltd. however there is a thing that I not liked which working in night shift .I didn't like to work in night shift.

...Shreno) will stop at nothing to keep their jobs. This is not a place for growth. No promotions and extremely meager pay increases. extremely hazardous environment. This organization is inferior to roadside contractors and clients. The management lacks a vision.  Employees are not treated properly, and no one should be allowed to work for longer than three or four years. Someone will put in a lot of effort, and someone else will gain a  good reputation. Many people are planning leave this worst workplace.

Culture of the company, Promotion and appraisal system. Very badly talk with analyst . HR person is also involved in badly talk with us. Also management has no idea that how to takle the situation. They all depends on analyst only. If u made simple mistake than they treated as like a crime . So finally don't go .

First thing is HR policy in Hyderabad is very terrible (They don't support employees). There is no job security, someone high level one did fraud, another low level employee only suffer, without enquiry they remove from job and they don't tell the genuine reason why they are doing lay off. And work culture is very bad in Hyderabad peptides R &D. For recruit their team from previous company, the site head create some negativity, and put praposal to higher management to remove some people. There is no one working for company, to complete projects without queries, they want to do projects delay and they want their job security for another 5 years. Management not thinking who is doing write and who is manipulating things,.just believe the fraud peoples only.

Dislikes are too much. Not written by hand written. Top management are very bed, they treat all AM/Dy/sr.executive/executive like all worker and below category person.
