Not a Great place to work in terms of salary and benefit. Variable pay and bonus is very poor. Qualification is not a considerable parameter here. Job is secured but very much tough to sustain with working environment. But emense learning opportunities.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but the management isn't. The give good salary but not on time.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. No salary on time and also career growth is slow. No job security is there.

Zero Work Life Balance Extreme Pressure without Logic No one will hear you Top Management only put pressure, there is no solution of any problem The only thing is Do Do Do silently, Don't say single word

Transparency issue, Even after clearing the leap here, promotions don't happen. The conversion rate is very poor. One way communication here . All are Boss , not leader.

People and culture of the company is fabulous. The compensation is good. Company overall is fantastic.

Dislikes

Organization is great, but the secretarial function is poor. Extremely bad culture with unrealistic expectations without access to resources. No recognition for anything. Rewards in this function are meant for only one person. If one can work; like a saint without expectations, like a Robot without break including weekends, one may survive this.
