Britannia is a good company I m working in this I'm so happy and my skills improve in this job but salary is not good verry less no bonus are give no culture activity.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but the management isn't. The give good salary but not on time.

Transparency issue, Even after clearing the leap here, promotions don't happen. The conversion rate is very poor. One way communication here . All are Boss , not leader.
