Britannia is a good company I m working in this I'm so happy and my skills improve in this job but salary is not good verry less no bonus are give no culture activity.

There is a lot of problems management not good very less salary is giving career growth is slow

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but the management isn't. The give good salary but not on time.

The company is giving a decent compensation in that we can't growth in fast-growing city and we can't reach an well known status in the outer society in that minimum wages...

The work environment stressful due to tight deadlines. 6.Performance appraisals can be subjective. 7. Training and development programs is inadequate. 8. Communication gaps between departments.

Likes

People and culture of the company is fabulous. The compensation is good. Company overall is fantastic.

Dislikes

Organization is great, but the secretarial function is poor. Extremely bad culture with unrealistic expectations without access to resources. No recognition for anything. Rewards in this function are meant for only one person. If one can work; like a saint without expectations, like a Robot without break including weekends, one may survive this.
