I really enjoyed working in Britannia. There is a lot of happiness in working after thinking and talking with meeting in the daily market.

Dislikes

I disliked two things in Britannia, first salary did not increase, worked for five years, second company never got ESI card, did not get PF.

Brand is good...when in market people recognize you because of brand. Secondary driven company

...y to learn...have not been able to convert the scope of opportunities available. Lesser salary as compared to other fmcg companies, distributor damage policy. Rewards and recognition..

This is my first job under Super distribution payroll. I had learned so many things there regarding sales.

Actually there was nothing for dislike, however I was left due to salary growth and my future development.

Salary creadited in the fixed time.

Transparency issue, Even after clearing the leap here, promotions don't happen. The conversion rate is very poor. One way communication here . All are Boss , not leader.

People and culture of the company is fabulous. The compensation is good. Company overall is fantastic.

Dislikes

Organization is great, but the secretarial function is poor. Extremely bad culture with unrealistic expectations without access to resources. No recognition for anything. Rewards in this function are meant for only one person. If one can work; like a saint without expectations, like a Robot without break including weekends, one may survive this.
