Dislikes

Organization is great, but the secretarial function is poor. Extremely bad culture with unrealistic expectations without access to resources. No recognition for anything. Rewards in this function are meant for only one person. If one can work; like a saint without expectations, like a Robot without break including weekends, one may survive this.

Dislikes

Salary structures are not defined with grade and position lot of gaps in defining salary structure. Need to improve. No tax saving schemes for employees .

There is a good scope for learning many things which helps me to enhance my industrial knowledge

Dislikes

1st of all Canteen food is very bad and the hygiene is worst 2. the CTC which Britannia has offered is good in figure but in case of in hand salary it is that much low, there is so much deduction and you will not get some of this money as per their policy but that will be added to your CTC 3. You have to bargain too much for Proper CTC cause there is no proper scale for CTC, Here ITI people with 3 years of exp get 4+ LPA salary and B tech guy with 4+ exp get 4+ LPA salary. 4. HR department is full of fraud. they always try to make you full.
