...at opportunity for learning and development of professional and personal skills. Along with that the culture that has been inculcated in the company is a bonus to go to work every day.

Dislikes

Many of the meetings run late till night almost everyday to satisfy the time zone differences. However, we still need to go to office the next day earlier than usual to avoid traffic. It would be good if the number of working days can be adjusted throughout the month rather than throughout two weeks.

Likes

Compensation and benefits are quite good. The health related benefits are better than other employers.

Dislikes

... no visibility to us. They take credit of our work and show it on global portal. For future growth discussions managers comment on the current compensation and says we are paying you better so do what is assigned. Meetings are scheduled as per US time zone and we are expected to be in office as per India office hours. That is leading to stretch and there is no compensation for overtime. Overall very bad experience.

...e top Management and Leadership team has poor knowledge about process chemistry. It doesn't provide growth in career and Syngene salary is very low

Poor support from top management When problem come, I didn't get any support from top management. Although, PL are good

... development too. Facilities are too good here. Work-life balancing is too good. Salary based on the performance from employee. Work environment is good. Overall I can give 5 stars.

Only problem is the chemical smell issue. But it's obvious in a R&D centre.

Nothing special to like. Work environment is better compared to other company.

Dislikes

Do not ever think to join in BBRC. Salary increment is very low. HR openly saying that if you got 30 to 40% hike while joining , for next 3 to 4 years you will be normalised with others and will get only 3 to 4% hike irrespective of the rating. No proper parking place and parking vehicle and returning to work place takes almost 45 min to 1 hour everyday. No reward and recognition.
