You have complete freedom to express yourself, put forward new ideas or criticism. You get opportunities to work on projects at a very early stage. Speaking about not liking a project or work is not a taboo here. Inter departmental transfers are possible.

Dislikes

Pay is probably not the best in industry but not the lowest as well. Projects are not very well planned. Although the management completely supports the employee, but the project team is in fire fighting mode from very initial stages of the project.

...between management, HR and leadership. they three act like GANDHI's 3 MONKEYs. All people are seating at top brass are just enjoying their salary parks no VISION no DIRECTION If you join this Org, it will be like you are riding a bus who's driver is BLIND. You will be haired at big pay (Bluff) and fired very silently wothout any prior notice. They will promise to give 3 months pay to support financially, But they actually do not do even you follow-up or call to HR team. You have to work all 7 days without any extra benefits. worst ....... worst...............worst..................worst company to Work.
