All management are relatives. No promotions to outsiders. Stupid management. Not all employees treated equally. No open talks btw employees and management. Too much pressure. HR role is not fixed. All managers are biased. Dominating and bad company

Its a small company but it is like a family. Lots of liberty during work. There is not much work pressure. Company owner and employees are very good and they treat you like their own members. It was a very happy experience.

Dislikes

Salary and expenses are not in time. Most of the time its delayed.

While Brio Technologies excels in many areas there is always room for growth for any businesses. Certain processes could be streamlined to enhance efficiency.

My manager maintains good environment within the team. We are learning many good things from the entire team within ourselves. Company gives complete freedom for all our creativity.

Dislikes

Every month target and pressure is high when compared to previous organisations.full pressure after 15th of every month. Doesn’t understand the seasonality and its dynamics according to the region. Otherwise it’s a good company

The company is open to innovation and ready adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market realiable, high quality products and has a global client base.

I like all work culture, management, company policy.
