Decent package and work-life balance.

No big projects atleast in Salesforce practice. 80% projects are staff-aug with team size of 10-15. Very less growth opportunities. Senior folks talent is not utilised at both shores. Waste of time if you are looking for good experience.

If you will work from brillio office it has all facilities, but if fiserv is your client then you will fell like hell.

Dislikes

If you work for fiserv client you will feel like hell . Fiserv will treat like labour and you will not get any support from your manager, because he will handle whole account, since no number of employees are more for fiserv account, your brillio manager will not be able to give you appcitiation since work wise you will be reporting to fiserv manager.

Work life Balance is Worst... Will make you work for 12-16 hrs based on the project and the Manager you have. It all depends on your manager how your journey is going to be in brillio.

Pretending to have 4 different values/pillar of brillio, 1. client success, we care, entrepreneurship, excellence. If you know kannada language or if you are a local, you will have a good exposure to every damn thing, like good salary, positional increament. Same as there is two price in market for same thing.

Work life balance is not for all it depends on your project, your manager, and specially employee, how they tackle things. If you are a northern Indian, either not knowing kannada language, you should work for a year OR get an offer from outside and show it to management to get proper outcome. Too much politics..., I couldn't bear insult hence putted my papers without any offer in hand. After talking to management, there will be no outcome, hence please don't go to management for any incidence rather make your head up and find better opportunity some where else. After spending good amount of years here I realised why Some companies are writing one line in there website saying #"we shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, gender based orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations."# I request management to understand this and work accordingly to maintain huminity. No Work Life Balance.. Only Work,Work and Work.Working for 12 hrs everyday and still asks to work on weekends. They treat employees as workers and even you give your best they feel unsatisfied and drops you to PIP. Managers dont even respect their employees and insults everytime. They just want is output irrespective of the mental health.
