Behavioral of HR .Average age of Employee of New brillon is less than 18 month due to Behaviour of HR . HR don't follow any basic policy . East ZSm is Adarsh Jha may be relative of HR Atul Jha , is randomly use abuse language , HR frequently take decesion / kind of termination if he want . Big part of money is comming from variable almost 9 lacs but all things depends on Adarsh Jha in East . He may revise targets for employee who are hired by him . Example last Year Kolkata .
