Company is less hierarchical. You can approach any employees with ease even if they are high in the hierarchy.

Blame game - Less appraisal. I only received 6% increment in my salary which is not fair for the amount of work and commitment I have put in. No Job security. No OT pay Some tasks were given at the very last minute and expect us to be done with it by next working day. So sometimes, I had to work over the weekends and yet the management does not appreciate the same. Appreciation is given to those who speaks the most rather than those who work for it.

Terrible micro management managers , do not join like they expect you to extend weekends and they threaten if you don't work , be careful and think twice before joining

1) Job is not at all secure, recently a lot of people got fired 2) Very client centric company, doesn't cares about their employees 3) Managers are useless and don't communicate with team

...t's easy to approach top management for any queries, concerns or suggestions. Initial compensation is good. Company invests in certifications and online training for its workforce. Relatively younger peers than most of the Indian MNCs. Wonderfully supported employees during Covid-19 (hardware included) Bringing smiles program is one of the best in the industry! Flat hierarchy doesn't correspond to your opinions or suggestions to be heard. Management is generally engaged in finding the scapegoat for their own incompetency which is generally the tech team on the ground. Management always believes in "Customer is god" philosophy rather than following "Customer obsession" and often confuses the two. Work-life balance is always skewed. Never understood the culture, never felt part of the company (was working at client site) and was never been engaged by the HR team. Newly certified employees have hard time finding projects (as they have to find for themselves) as IJP is just a gimmick.

...ratism. Some inner circle employees getting higher hikes, promotion than others. No salary parity. Newly joining resources getting much higher salary than than existing employees. Company pouring money on new hires while old onces are leaving.
