Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Working is too good n excellent counsilling to teachers from management.paying half salary in covid-19.everything is excellent in brilliant school.Helping nature n communication is good with teachers n childrens.Increments are good every year.

Worst experience i had in here and they never pays properly to the employees perfectly..... Even the administration is also very worst... It is one of the worst schools in Amalapuram town

Everything is good but only the thing is financially it is bad unless the school would be the excellent in MAHABUBNAGAR.... No issue up to now if they will bring the constant staff and minimum requirements for children the school will rise of within 1 year.....
