There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

MD himself uses unprofessional language and humiliate the staff in meetings and conferences frequently He practices favouritism and regional differences He instructs to follow policies same with all levels of employees but, will twist his words when high salaried employees question him. No value to employees hard work. He says he is the only one who achieved success with his instructions. Suddenly he tells HR to remove staff or shouts on the staff to stop coming from nextday. HR will be like a rubber stamp and pupet to him Only one man show
