Offer letter - Accepted

Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Work life balance is good. Your work will be recognised. You can get in touch with management easily for any of your queries.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Partiality is more, if you have good reference you can get in to job without interview. You can become manager even if you don't have any experience in that field. By, talking very sweet and catching bucket in front of management. And preference for male candidates not female.
