I was working as a work-from-home employee. First, I would say it was paying me as per the Noida average only. But you get a bonus, unlike others. Work was average and easy, the more you worked the more you got paid. So you can choose it to start a career.

Since the work is easy. You may get a constant raise but your skill development won't improve over the years.

The work culture within the organization is exemplary. During my current tenure as a content writer over the last two months, I have observed a highly supportive and collegial environment. The team leaders are exceedingly approachable and offer substantial assistance, that effectively mitigates any potential work related stress. Furthermore the Institution offers recreational activities every Friday culminating in the awarding of prizes to the top 3 participants, which in turn significantly increases employee morale and camaraderie. The provision of two designated breaks further contributes to a well balanced rejuvenating work experience, The Managing Director is extremely cordial, humble and down to earth, allowing every intern a 15 minutes open door sessions with him for reviews, feedback and questions, fostering an atmosphere of approachability and respect across all levels of the organization. Under his leadership the company offers a variety of engaging activities for all employees, including birthday celebrations, annual tours and numerous other events making it an enjoyable and vibrant work place.

Dislikes

The current remuneration structure for interns is inadequate, and nature of work tends to be repetitive. Furthermore the training and the skills acquired during the initial 15 day period have limited applicability (30% if it can be quantified) once the employees transition to their actual duties.

The working culture and atmosphere provide a wholesome workspace for holistic development. The friendly environment makes it better for new employees to cop up with others and learn better.

Learned a lot regarding many content aspects like writing for the US audience, keyword optimisation, etc.

Dislikes

The main problem is with the payment. The freelance writers are given strict deadlines, undergo a tough editorial process. Still the payment does not compensate the heavy duty. The payment per word was 50p.
