no growth if one joins as executive he will executive for whole life also so salary benefits PF ESI only on 50% of salary rest salary given as cash , also too many officers managers in the company with hefty salary package who are illiterate regarding process No recognition for talent only gossipers are succeeded

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
