...er doing Engineering, but joining this company was the worst mistake of my life. During the hiring, the staff will literally beg you to join their company, they will talk about salary, perks, incentives, promotions etc. But once you join, then they start showing you the true colors. In job advertisement they show the salary to be 25k-50k, but in reality it is not a fixed salary, but paid on an hourly basis of Rs.50 per hour, for a demo class. With tax cut, its like Rs.42 per hour. Of course the paid class salary which you get is Rs.250 per hour, which is quite healthy, but there is a catch. They have a laundry list of penalties (88 in total to be precise), that you will literally have to memorize it to remember while taking a class. Taking a class is like walking in a minefield, you never know when what might get penalized. Some penalties like late joining and no show are understandable, but some are really absurd and vague, like mic voice lagging for a few seconds, not introducing yourself properly, not sitting straight, the evaluation team will make offensive remarks against ladies in their evaluation reports. The Team Leads will make any any arbitrary rules out of thin air and penalize you for that sometimes, even with retrospective effect. If you earn like 30-40k, penalties will account for an average of 5-10k of the pay cut, and with so many rules and penalties it is nearly impossible to avoid all 88 of them and on top of that the arbitrary penalties. Neither are they very customer centric. They will show big things in their curriculum brochure like AR/VR, Aritficial Intelligence and Machine Learning, IoT, while in the actual curriculum none of these are there, they students and their gullible parents are kept on promise that these are there in upcoming classes.

Salary is hell less, this job is suitable for college students Unwanted no pay for class If your looking as part-time job this is not for you, some extend it is okay for full-time. Their dashboard is very worst no idea what kind of software developers they hired. Worst technical glitches always. Think more and then decide.

...s still not got. If you want to make your life hell then join this shit company. Salary growth is decreasing. You hardly earn 10-15 k per month from which they put penalty unnecessary. Overall it's a worst company ever
