Caution: worst company!! higher mgmt is illiterate, especially Mr. Vishal Gupta. he doesn't know what he is doing, and unnecessarily hires and fires people for his own fun politics is very high and new joiners are not respected worst HR dept, don't care about employees after they join, they will not pick up your calls MADAM SARA thinks she is THE BEST in the world but she is the worst possible manager totally a LOCAL company, very low thinking of management destroyed my career!

They have the worst culture, i was there in mid senior level. And i got two promotion but with no salary hike. Worked there for two years and was on of the top prefomer. But there was no salary increment. At the time of appraisal the managment comes with one excuse that we dont have money. However AD and VP used to get salary hike.

nothing, poor management, no respect for teachers, no apraisal, no minimum pay..lots of penalties, even students get frustrated because they do not respond to their querries

everything..teachers do not get paid even minimum worth salary..morover they get huge penalties..one complete paid class will pay you 175 and for different reasons penalise you 1500 ..they charge high from students and pay very less or least to teachers..

No help if u needed in this company, salary is very less, they get from parent more than 600 for per session, but they give to teacher only 175 INR for per session. Only they know how can they get money from teacher in the name of penalties. U can just take only 7 demo's and within 7 if it is not converted then demos will be blocked. No technical support team to help. Even TL will say i also was teacher and overcome all struggles you people have to work hard and hard, no other help.

...t follow there rules but when it comes to teacher they will follow every rule... Salary delay every month Penalty will be there if you late for a second . Support is so bad they just talk you when they will get benefits.when you will connect them they will ignored you. Please don't join this so bad .this company don't deserve good or hard working employees
